The brand system for CX Foundations was created to fit seamlessly into the well-established brand identity of Forrester.

The brief called for extending the brand using the established typography and color palette, and infusing the corporate Forrester logo throughout materials. The BKO design team created a purposefully simple and straightforward brand that enfolds into the Forrester brand architecture with ease and without disruption. The project started by developing a brand that spanned the tiers of the program, designing a wordmark that is flexible to expand and grow as the program does.

The BKO and Forrester teams worked collaboratively to ensure a cohesive brand feel.

Our team seamlessly collaborated with the Forrester team to bring to life the curriculum of the program and all its promotional elements. We designed the syllabus and all the course content including journey maps, method cards, activities, case studies, and templates. Then we provided digital badges for graduates to display in their LinkedIn profiles and email signatures.
