For several years PVEL operated under DNV-GL brand as part of a mid-2010’s acquisition. When the company evolved to once again being independently operated, they wanted a brand that paid tribute to their original company, PV Evolution Labs. The BKO design team refined the legacy brand to bring a modern feel while rooting recognizable traits throughout so PVEL would immediately be recognized upon their market re-launch.
PVEL is the industry leader in reliability and performance testing for solar technology. They're on a mission to support the global adoption of solar technology by generating reliable data about the effectiveness of the solar cells being produced.

When the company evolved to once again being independently operated, they wanted a brand that paid tribute to their original company, PV Evolution Labs. The BKO design team refined the legacy brand to bring a modern feel while rooting recognizable traits throughout so PVEL would immediately be recognized upon their market re-launch.
PVEL's core marketing tool is its website, so we wanted to showcase the people behind the expertise.
By putting real-world imagery of PVEL's leadership, staff, clients, and partners, we've balanced their brand with a consumer feel to give a more direct understanding of their role in the industry. By meticulously curating both human interest shots and product imagery, we've helped PVEL display clearly who they are, what they do, and why they're the industry leader.
Beyond aesthetics, however, we've developed the website to be a lead generation tool. Integrating with Active Campaign and Google Analytics, we provide powerful insights into who's visiting the site and follow up actions to nurture their sales potential for PVEL.
